Refund & Exchange Policy
This policy is issued in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law
No. 181 of 2018 and its executive regulations. As our services are digital in
nature (web hosting and web development), the following terms apply.
Refund Eligibility

Web Hosting Services: You may request a full refund within
14 days of your initial purchase if the service has not been used or if we
have failed to deliver the service as described. After 14 days, refunds are
issued on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the billing period,
at our discretion.

Domain Registrations: Domain name registrations are
non-refundable once the domain has been registered with the registry, as
this is a third-party transaction that cannot be reversed.

Web Development Services: Refunds for custom web development
work are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If work has not commenced, a full
refund will be issued. If work is partially completed, a refund for the
undelivered portion may be provided.

SSL Certificates & Add-ons: Third-party products such as
SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued or activated.
Exchange Procedures
If you wish to exchange your current hosting plan for a different one (upgrade
or downgrade), you may do so at any time through your client area or by
contacting our support team. The price difference will be calculated on a
pro-rata basis:
- For upgrades, you pay only the difference for the remaining billing period.
- For downgrades, a credit is applied to your account for future invoices.
Exchange requests for web development services should be discussed with your
assigned project manager before any changes are made to the project scope.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please submit a support ticket through your client area
or contact us via the Contact Us page. Include your order number and the reason
for your request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Refund Processing Timelines
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase.
For payments made via InstaPay, the refund will be transferred to the
same bank account. For card payments, the refund will be credited back
to the card used.

In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, if a refund is
delayed beyond the stated period, you have the right to file a complaint
with the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA).
