Shipping & Service Duration Policy

INVEXSYS provides digital services only. No physical goods are shipped. All services are delivered electronically through your client area account and via email. This policy outlines the delivery and activation timelines for our services.

Service Activation Timelines

Activation times begin once payment has been confirmed and received. For InstaPay transfers, confirmation is typically instant. For card payments, confirmation depends on the payment processor.

Domain Registration Timelines

• Generic domains (.com, .net, .org, etc.): Registered within minutes to 1 hour after payment confirmation.
• Country-code domains (.eg, .com.eg): May take 3–7 business days due to additional verification requirements by the Egyptian domain registry (EGTIDC).

Web Development Project Delivery

Delivery timelines for web development projects are agreed upon in the project proposal and contract. Typical timelines range from 2–8 weeks depending on project complexity. You will receive regular progress updates and milestone deliveries as outlined in your project agreement.

Digital Delivery Terms

• All service credentials (hosting login details, control panel access, etc.) are delivered via email to the address registered on your account and are also accessible through your client area.
• If you do not receive your service details within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact our support team.
• In accordance with Egyptian e-commerce regulations, a digital receipt or invoice is provided for every transaction and is available in your client area.
