Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by
INVEXSYS. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound
by these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic
of Egypt, including the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, the
E-Commerce and Electronic Signature Law No. 15 of 2004, and the Personal
Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
1. Service Usage Terms

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal
guardian to use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Hosting accounts are for the use of the registered account holder only.
Reselling of services is not permitted unless you have subscribed to a
reseller hosting plan.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these
terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible.
2. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable
taxes as required by Egyptian tax law.

Payment is accepted via online card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza)
and InstaPay bank transfers.

Services are activated upon receipt and confirmation of payment.
Invoices are due on the date specified and must be paid within the
stated grace period.

Failure to pay an invoice within 7 days of the due date may result in
service suspension. Accounts with invoices unpaid for more than 30 days
may be terminated and data may be deleted.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days advance
notice before the next billing cycle.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services to:
- Host, distribute, or link to content that violates Egyptian law, including
but not limited to content that is defamatory, obscene, or incites violence.
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in email abuse.
- Host phishing pages, malware, or any software designed to harm others.
- Consume excessive server resources that negatively impact other customers
on shared hosting environments.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account.
- Violate intellectual property rights of third parties.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination
of your account without prior notice. We cooperate with Egyptian law
enforcement authorities when required by law.
4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our servers. We do not
claim any rights over your data or intellectual property.

For web development projects, ownership of the final deliverables transfers
to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our website content, branding, and proprietary tools remain the intellectual
property of INVEXSYS.
5. Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosting services. However, we do
not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused
by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond
our reasonable control.

Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via email
or announcements in the client area.
6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, INVEXSYS shall not
be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you
for the specific service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for data loss. You are responsible for maintaining
your own backups. While we may provide backup services, these are offered
as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
7. Termination

You may cancel your services at any time through your client area or by
contacting support. Refunds for cancellations are subject to our
Refund & Exchange Policy.

We may terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment,
or as required by Egyptian law or court order.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow you
to retrieve it, after which it will be permanently deleted.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the
Arab Republic of Egypt. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes
amicably before resorting to legal proceedings. Any legal proceedings shall
be brought before the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Egyptian Consumer
Protection Agency (CPA) in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 181
of 2018.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be
posted on this page and will take effect 30 days after publication. Continued
use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the
updated terms.
